I was tasked with creating a seven word phrase and then choosing body copy to compliment it in an expressive typographic poster. I used India ink to hand letter the main phrase and vectorized it to add color and texture. This was one of my first explorations into hand lettering and I feel that it lends itself well to my poster design. I created multiple versions with the same phrase and body copy to experiment with coloring and layouts.
