In Morocco, the new law 103-13 that is supposed to protect women against domestic violence does not recognize rape within marriage. During the international day for the elimination of violence against women, I published these series saying explicitly claiming that marital rape is rape, marriage doesn't excuse rape, and consent is not accessory.
